I don't think the workers care about the residents. The food is OK. The rooms are rather plain. I would not want to live there. I think there are better places to go. It's better than the street.
When my mother-in-law lived here she said it was O.K. and did not want to move to another place. She lived with us for a while but found it difficult to live with small children and needed her privacy.
I do not like what I heard with my own ears from the staff. Nothing real bad, but mildly snide comments. We had some incidents with the employees that I won't go into here. So I think it is an employee problem.
