I love this store. As a new pool homeowner, I was unable to learn how to operate the pump and filter from the previous owner. I was completely ignorant to the subject of owning a pool. Never fear! I went to this Pinch a Penny store. On my first visit, I felt very comfortable asking my "dumb" questions. All of the staff is extremely friendly and helpful. They even recommend different products to help you maintain your pool. I never felt like I was bothering them on the many times I've been there since. I can ask any question as many times as I need to , and I will always get a thorough response. They are extremely professional!
