easily the worst doctor anyone i know has ever seen. my ex had a terrible experience with him, which i witnessed. he was disrespectful and dismissive, and he never sent her lab results. ugh.
the office, however, is nice, and the staff is friendly and helpful. other doctors in the office are probably great, but avoid dr. kelly if you can.
