My boyfriend had made a call to this fantastic company and they did a fantastic I had a rug my great, grandmother passed on to my mom’s mom and my mother passed it on to me. I was heartbroken when my boyfriend’s dog decided to mark hi spot after I told him a million times to be careful with that dog. Not to let him in our room. The smell bad so bad that I knew I had to throw it away. I was devastated. I had left to go visit my parents for the weekend when I came back my rug was placed n the foot of the bed looking brand new and it had this fresh smell to it. Thank you for saving my rug.
