The Milwaukee Zoo is one of the better zoos I have seen. The exhibits are wonderful. The animals appear to be well cared for. There is usually at least one special, intereactive area each year. I would recommend purchasing the zoo pass. If you have a larger family it pays for itself pretty quickly. If you get the plus membership it also includes parking. If you don't have a membership, I would recommend parking on the street as parking is rather costly. When you visit, though, make sure to check out the polar bears. This is by far one of the best exhibits.
