As a woman, I do not really like to going into auto motive stores because I am worried that I will not be treated like I know what I am talking about or need. As Westbay, I am treated wonderfully by a great staff and the clerks take the time to listen to what I need help with. Westbay is also very fast in getting parts order and to you as a customer. There are many stores in town that you could go to but Westbay treats you with small town comforts.
