If you have asked me 5 years ago how my future will turn out, I would have never thought that I will end up going to a psychologist because I could no longer control myself, or my life. As things at work became more stressful, and competitive I was always feeling down, and finally found my refuge in food. In 5 months I got to a weight of 200 lbs., and even though I was aware that my life was falling apart nothing could stop me. Finally, a friend recommended me Dr. Brett, but when I first went to see him I had already lost my job and my self-esteem. From the first sessions I could tell that he is indeed an amazing person and psychologist. But, at the same time my negative thinking convinced me that I will never get back to my skinny, confident, successful self. Fortunately, I was wrong and for that I will always thank Dr. Brett and his genius ideas. Step by step I regained my self-esteem, and my nervous eating habit was no longer something I couldn’t control. Working with Dr. Brett and a nutritionist at the same time I could save not only my body, but I saved my mind and my heart. I will always appreciate the amazing impact his pieces of advice, and the helpful tips he offered me in order to bring me back to my old self. He was patient, calm, and always there for me. I don’t know how many doctors are like that, but I can tell you that Dr. Brett is indeed a life saver.
