We used Certified Building Consultants to do the inspection on our home before we bought it. We were not present for the inspection. We thought they did a detailed inspection, but it wouldn't hurt them to improve on their customer service. They provided us with a detailed report within 24 hours of the inspection being completed. We had an electrical problem later on, and consulted them about some findings, but after explaining our problem to the person who answered the phone, we were told that our inspector would call us back, but that phone call never came. A bit on the unprofessional side.
