I am concerned about the fact that when my daughter was in the hospital with a bacterial pneumonia, she was placed in a room on the delivery unit with new moms and babies. Although she had been on antibiotics for several days, we all know that they are not ALWAYS effective and I felt that undue risk was taken with those new families.
