These are highly professional, reliable people. I had a tree struck by lightning that I needed to get checked out and an estimate for taking care of the damage. I called out two tree companies. Kramer was quick to come out, had a very nice looking well maintained vehicle, the man was well kept and professional. He was courteous and took his time explaining things to me. What I appreciated the most was that his price was much more reasonable than the other company's and I felt that Kramer was a more reliable company.
All in all, I ended up deciding to not take down the tree once I considered all the options and information. That being said, I would have definitely chosen Kramer to take care of it should I have gone that route.
