I was NOT Impressed with Pump It up. I attended a birthday party from my goddaughter there. The staff didn’t seem to enjoy working there, and seemed annoyed with 25 kids, ages 1-6 running around, like it was a “hassle“ that they help with the party my friend PAID FOR. The “pizza party” portion of the day was horrible, the pizza was cold and VERY greasy. The staff dropped the cake all over the floor and laughed about it (and didn‘t seem to care, nor was a monetary offer made for the cost of the cake). We were not even given our full time, they ended the party 15 min early, and no refund was given (parties are blocked in 2 hour intervals) The location is near a freeway, and getting there took 15 min to go ¼ mile, so the location is VERY BAD. I will not go there again.
