This is a very busy verizon store. I bought my current cell phone here and in addition upgraded my plan. They have a great selection of cell phones to choose from, which can be a bit overwhelming. It took a few minutes before a sales associate was available to answer some of my questions. When they did though, they were very knowledable and assisted me in choosing a phone with accessories that I love. Switching my plan was quick and easy. The process overall only took about 30 minutes which is about to be expected since I didn't really know what I wanted when I went in to the store. I might suggest to do some online research on phones before going in the store so you aren't so overwhelmed by the large selection of different styles and brands.
