My relatively new vacuum cleaner wasn't working as well after a year or vacuuming up new home carpet fuzz and hair from 4 cats! I brought it over to the Hoover Sales & Service store and I was very impressed with their service. The gentleman was friendly and helpful both when I called on the phone and when I arrived at the store. My vacuum was ready the next day. The repair was inexpensive - and he also fixed one other problem at no charge and gave me an extra belt at no charge, just in case I needed it later. I would definitely recommend the Hoover Sales & Service store.
