Our 11-tyear old Kenmore gas hot water heater died late Thursday evening. I ordered a replacement from Sears the next morning based on their "guaranteed same day installation". When I checked on scheduling later that afternoon the nice lady from Sears revealed that they had lost my installation order and were calling FAST (the folks who do their installs) to reschedule. I decided to eliminate the middleman and my call to FAST a 3pm resulted in a new water heater installation at 9am the next morning. Mr. Smith was fast, friendly, knowledgeable and competent.
