This is a really friendly and well-run place. They are very thorough in explaining what your animal needs and why, and very nice to pets all the time. Dog and cat reception rooms are separate, so that the pets don't freak out at the unfamiliar smells. There's a couple of live-in cats at the reception, very laid back and purry. They also provide boarding services and specialized food for pets. You can count on getting a reminder postcard when your next appointment is due.
