Good: I like the depth of knowlege the inspector had and the special gadgets he had with him which helped find hidden problems the naked eye cannot see.. Bad: I didn't like the fact that the inspector found so many problems with the house I thought had no problems. I was kind of hoping that the house was in good condition.. Improvements: I like everything about this inspector and I would recommend him to anyone out there who needs a home inspection..
