I had a 22-year old, 40 gallon, gas water heater die on me and called late at night to schedule servioe for a replacement unit. 24 hours later, I had a new unit and hot water. The technicians, Chad and Ben were great! They did a fantastic job from start to finish, never a hard sell and all the code requirements were explained to me.
