Forest Hills Cemetary in Jamaica Plain--
Visit the grave of e. e. cummings and other Boston luminaries or sit by the pond in a chair made out of a tree and listen to the frogs and birds or participate in one of the cemetary's regular community events such as their annual lantern festival.
Jamaica Pond in Jamaica Plain--
A part of Henry Olmstead's Emerald Necklace, the pond is a real community treasure. The pond is stocked for fishing every year and they have row boats, sail boats and canoes for rent also.
