I personaly dropped off a pro digital camera to them in Glendale Heights, A Panasonic Pro. After three weeks of waiting for a call, I called them, and they told me that they could not find a manual
for this camera, and I had to drive 50 miles to pick it up. Panasonic had no problems in repairing it for me. Maybe in Poland this is how business in done, but
not here in the USA. No customer communication, and no apology.
Unless you have a cheap consumer camera, stay away from this outfit.
