I found him on Service Magic were he was vetted and was bonded so I felt comfortable calling him. While his prices are excellent, he is completely unreliable. In July he came in to stop a leaking pipe coming out of my forced hot water radiator and after accidently cutting through the radiator itself instead of the leaking pipe told us that the inside of the radiator was cracked. Of course it could have been cracked before hand, but it also could have cracked when he was sawing through it. So, he said that I needed to purchase a replacement radiator. He said he would come back and finish the job once we got it. I purchased the radiator and called him back. From the August 8 - Oct 1 he no-showed on me nine times. Excuses ranged from car, family or phone problems. When I tried to call him half the time it went to voicemail, but other times I would call him from a different number he’d answer and then again say he had a bad connection and hang up. I got a new plumber to finish the job.
