Lake Shawnee is located on the east side of Topeka. Lake Shawnee has lots of activities to offer such as boating, skiing, baseball, etc. Lake Shawnee is a wonderful place to go walk and enjoy nature. Most of the time visitors are courteous of others and everyone works together to make the park quiet and peaceful. There are also several events throughout the year held at Lake Shawnee.
