Easily the best sushi in Valdosta, this is the restaurant I go to when I feel like treating myself. While I generally eat from the sushi bar, the chefs manning the hibachi tables also do a wonderful job--they're fun and prepare great food. I recommend the filet mignon if you're eating at the hibachi tables, and pretty much anything from the sushi bar.
