I love to go to Buffalo Billiards with friends when we're in the mood for a laid back night. They have a bunch of pool tables, which are cheap if you have a bunch of people chipping in. The servers come and and take orders at the pool tables.
Buffalo Billiards is in Dupont Circle, right across from the Dupont Circle metro stop.
