I have to say that I have found what is probably the most honest, hardworking, reliable Real Estate Agent that I have ever come across. I have been involved as either the buyer or seller with this agent on 3 transactions in the past 18 months. Her name is Peggy Wellman. The thing that impressed me is that unlike other agents, she does not need to use smoke and mirrors as a method of closing a deal. She will be brutally honest with you every step of the way. As much as I didn't want to hear it, she told me if I was overpricing my property. She also steered me in the right direction on purchases, showing me proof that other properties similar to this were selling at the same or higher prices. She truly is a great agent! Give her a call!
