Last year when someone backed into my car. The insurance company said I needed to get 2 estimates for the repair on the front passenger side of my car. My first choice was Aus-Tex (they were close and I heard some good things about them). I walked in and they were very friendly and eager to give me the estimate I need, Unfortunately they were going to charge me $60 for that estimate! What happened to free estimates? I went alittle further down the road and got those 2 free estimates from someone else!
