I called Malibu - 24/7 Local Key Service when my son got locked out of his dorm room. I was really pissed then NO ONE at his college can help him - thank god for this company they were very nice with me over the phone and explained how the whole thing works as I have never used a locksmith before - They showed up less then an hour later and helped my baby out !
