That is so rude .. he needs to be FIRED. I must say I've always had good service at both of these establishments wherever we've been. And ... I am an old fashioned coffee drinker .. I love my Folgers and Maxwell House, even 8'Olock Coffee .. and I have had Starbucks and Dunkin Donuts many times .. which both for me, are just too bitter, but I will go with my daughter and I'll get a cup. I'm assuming because most people like their coffee really dark. I drink mine black and I don't like strong coffee .. but one coffee that since they have changed their brand .. I must say I do like it .. and that is McDonald's.
