Aruba Tan seems to have the latest technology in tanning. They offer 5 levels of tanning, as well as sunless tanning. They are open 7 days a week and you do not need an appointment, though you may be waiting awhile if you walk in.
They sell a variety of tanning lotions, enhancers, etc and the staff seems very knowledgeable.
