I am an old fart and know nothing technical. I've had continual problems with computer viruses. I just liked how patient the guy was in explaining things to me. He was good at it because, I actually understood a couple things. He told me things I was doing that may have caused the problems. He suggested ways to prevent viruses in the future. I'm confident I won't have to go through this again and throw money out the window.
