Good: The atmosphere was very professional, positive, and especially motivational. I really want to get back and continue my belt training.. Bad: It's not set up for daycare. I know it sounds silly to ask that they have someone to watch the kids while I do martial arts but it would be incredibly helpful. It’s been too difficult finding someone to watch the kiddies so that I can get back to my black belt training.. Other: I did both the mixed martial arts classes and C.O.B.R.A self defense. I would recommend C.O.B.R.A to everyone young and old, male or female. It gave me a new sense of confidence and a better awareness. I have not been in such great shape since high school. Unfortunately I had to quit when I had a baby. Without a doubt in my mind, when my girls are old enough I’m sending them both to Chris Sutton and I’m going to get back to training for my black belt..
