I have incredibly thick dark course hair with a unmanageable wave that I tried to manage with a perm--> big mistake, hair trashed: horrible condition, several random colors (I tried to box it myself--oops...), grey roots and a crazy crooked cut: I became afraid of all hair dressers and I hated my hair!!! My hair looked terrible and I had roots at least 6" long and never felt like I could look good and it was always in a ponytail. I have a co-worker, whose hair always looks great keep telling me to come to her hair dresser who she loves and has gone to for years. I was still nervous and it took me a while to take the step. Well, silly me, wish I had jumped in earlier, Tamara was fabulous. She immediately made me feel at ease and I really felt heard and understood, she really took the time to empathize and support. She did several corrective color and conditioning treatments and an unusual texturizing technique that thinned out my unrully hair and my hair has been much better ever since. Yes, the frumpy perm will have to grow itself out but, Tamara has made that manageable and the health of my hair feels 100% better and the color was just right. So when I came back for my next appointment and Tamara told me about the 'supercuts' review that was really bothering her, I told her I would be happy to follow up with my personal story and why I now absolutely trust Tamara 100% with my hair. I am impressed with her expertise, quality techniques, educational method and enjoy her character. I would highly recommend her to anyone, whether with a nightmare on their head or just for a great feel good look. Don't understand the bad review but I assure you this is my story and Tamara is True Quality.
