I had a puppy in my first apartment that chewed up the carpet pretty badly. It was where the carpet met the lineoleum in the kitchen. I was completely impressed at how they managed to fix it. You couldn't tell anything was altered. It actually looked BETTER after they put down a new metal strip. I was not charged by the apartment at move-out thanks to their good work.
