The Aveda products are wonderful and I love the smell when you walk in of all their shampoos and products - very clean and natural. I've had several services in this salon including a pedicure and a massage and waxing. I haven't been very satisfied with them. The treatment rooms feel like you're in a dungeon and I find them a little creepy and not very sound proof. My pedicure was done by a new hire who botched up the polish and took so long I got a parking ticket on Wisconsin Ave. Not the greatest experiences with staff, but I will still go in there for the products.
