I remember going to this zoo as a kid and the polar bear was the best feature. Well the polar bear isn't there anymore and the zoo has gone down hill quite a bit. I think it's worth it to go here when there is a traveling feature like the koala bears. But otherwise, it's just an OK Family Day out. The playground across the street is great! And at Christmastime, they have the Festival of Lights were they decorate the whole zoo and you can walk through at night. They also have food (fried dough, etc) and a train ride for the kids.
