When I went to Mr. Sapp (owner) with my dented front hood from a tussle with a light pole, he was very direct with me. Not that this was in any way a bad thing, I very much liked it. He told me exactly how much the hood fix would cost, as well as labor. But my biggest hangup was how long it took. One whole week my car was out of comission. Im not sure how long it takes to fix a hood dent, but its not a whole week. Though i guess the wait was worth it, because now my hood is perfect.
