I went to look at these apartments a little while ago when I was apartment shopping. I was not impressed at all. Most of the parking is on the street parking and it seemed like it would be difficult to find a spot. Also, there was no dishwasher in the units I was shown. There is no pool either. The manager seemed very nice but the lack of amenities was a big turn off.
