Breadsmith has all the quality of Panera, without all of the uppity atmosphere and really high prices. The quality of the breads is terrific, one taste and you will not buy your bread from the supermarket anymore. The bread is super fresh, and they have a good variety (even though my favorite is the sourdough roll). Stop in and say hello, this place is a true find for any pallet.
