This is the second of the top 2 zoos in my book. This place is HUGE! Although it isn't free like the National Zoo in Washington, DC, it is well worth the price. We splurged and also got the Guided Bus Tour and the Skyfari Aerial Tram. The bus tour was well worth it. We did this first because it covers most of the park. Then we went back and walked to the areas the bus tour didn't cover. And finally, we got on the Skyfari to complete our journey across the zoo. It was very hot when we went, so the bonuses of the tour and skyfari helped tremendously. We would've ended up leaving early with cranky kids if it weren't for these things. I would recommend you going to the world famous San Diego Zoo...although do it on a cool day!
