I have nad nothing but poor service from Centennial Wireless! I've constantly had to fight them on what's included in the plan. Magically, services appear and dissappear at the blink of an eye! Be sure to get EVERYTHING in writing. I've been with them for a number of years now and was able to get a great deal on a plan from them, but the service has been just dreadful. I cannot recommend them to those looking for a wireless phone
