Scioto Photo recently moved from the Wal-Mart/Kroger shopping plaza on the far east side of town to across the street beside Tree's Third Base Drive Thru. Locally owned and operated, the friendly staff and short waits make for exceptional service. This is the only photo developer in Urbana offering one hour photo development, which is done onsite. Scioto Photo also has a studio for family portraits.
