I have not always been satisfied with the customer service provided by this Home Depot, but on a recent trip there was made to feel 100% better about that. I had gone shopping for a riding lawn mower, and Home Depot had one I wanted, but the employee that waited on me told me it was not working correctly at that time. He agreed to get it to the back and have it checked out, and called me within 2 hours to let me know it just had a belt off, and then stayed late to help us get it loaded!!!
