Fast installed our water heater this morning. All appears to be doing well. Cost was considerably more than the phone estimate, but codes have changed since 12 years ago when the original tank was installed. We're confident that now we're up to code and have a water heater that is guaranteed for 6 years. (Buy your own metal drip pan, tho.)
