Carbone's is an old St. Paul establishment. It is run from the east side Carbone's which is the one I am reviewing. It is the same at the two I have been to, so try any of them. It is thin crust with tons of awesome cheese on top. The other toppings just add variety. You are really paying for cheese and crust. They are great together. The pizza comes in a paper bag which always get soaked with grease. This is not recommended for people on diets!
