Mardi Gras World is just a quick ferry ride to the Westbank. Every time that I have visitors in from out of town, I send them to Mardi Gras World. The place gives quite an interactive and lengthy tour of its beautiful creations. The best feature is they explain the whole Mardi Gras concept in detail. The tour consists of a movie and a little bit of walking. The gift shop also has a lot neat tourist gift items.
