I called so many locksmiths companys and services, but no one wanted to come and help me after they've heard that my car key stuck in the ignition cylinder...The key wouldn't turn in the ignition and I couldn't take it out! I felt so helpless. I felt such a relief when the LONG LOCK & KEY tech calmed me down over the phone and diagnosed the problem right away than he said that he would be able to fix the problem within the hour.
