Capitol Hill Photo does a very good job of printing film. They are slightly more expensive than a drug store or chain. However, the quality shows in the end result. Their color balance and ability to correct for shortcomings is a real asset. We particularly like the results when ordering matte prints with white borders, and black and white balance is very crisp.
