cy's asian bistro is a great food joint, and i like it much better than other asian bistros like pf chang's asian bistro. at cy's, which is located right downtown in neenah, you can get all kinds of great food. the service is really good, and they have a cute little restaurant that is perfect for bringing dates to. my girlfriend really loves going there.
