What can I say about Shiro's! This place is great. Fresh fish. All the yummy traditional sushi you can handle. Blue-fin tuna prepared with a blow torch and a little magic that has this fish tasting like Kobe beef. And man was the place crowded. But it is worth the wait. Try to sit at the sushi bar so you can watch the action go down. I saw a chef peel a cuke with a huge knife. Such a formidable looking apparatus for such a delicate process. IT'll mesmerize you!
Wherever I travel, a great sushi bar is an essential find. And all I can really say about Shiro's is this Seattle, I've found it.
