I ordered flowers for a friend on 7/17 to be delivered on 7/19. They were to be a surprise. The store called to deliver on 7/17 ruining the surprise. I called Jennifer in deliveries and she couldn't have been more helpful. I expressed my disappointment and she came up with a great resolution. They would deliver an arrangement on 7/17 and the arrangement I ordered on 7/19. I was satisfied and my girlfriend was delighted!
