The service department at R&R Ford is worth writing about. After having dealt with 2 other Ford dealers with horrific service departments, R&R is really above their competition. Not only do they have diesel mechanics on staff, but they actually know what they’re doing. I have a gold warranty package on my truck, which means I am entitled to a comparable rental when my truck is in for service. With two other dealers, the comparable vehicle to my diesel Excursion was a junky Escort and a Taurus. Neither dealer found it funny when I threatened to haul my 4 place horse trailer with their 4 cylinder POS, but neither would provide me a comparable truck either. R&R, however, didn’t even flinch and gave me a new diesel SuperDuty. Not only that, but they fixed my truck correctly, and in record time. My truck goes here for all warranty work from now on!
